I could write pages and pages on the beautiful aspects of this area, but suffice it to say that the many letters of appreciation we have received from visitors who have passed excellent holidays at our house are testimony enough. The combination of the sea, the Etang, the sun-soaked land together with the works of fishermen and wine-growers come together to give you produce which is full of flavour just waiting for you to share.
