A 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed which
is non-refundable. You are advised to take a travel insurance
policy, which includes a cancellation clause. A security deposit
is requested of £100 per week which is refunded upon safe
return of the keys. Any breakage's and damage will have to be
paid for. We regret very much that we cannot accept children under
4 years of age. Please

For visitors who wish to fly, Bed linen and Towels can be provided
by our local lady caretaker, at a cost of €8.00 per person per
week payable to Mrs Cummings, which are fitted before your arrival.
